Ava Yvy Pyte Ygua – Povo do Coração da Terra, filmed during the retaking of the traditional Guarani Kaiowá territory in Mato Grosso do Sul, is a collaborative creation by a group of artists and researchers, both indigenous and non-indigenous. The film reveals the friction and transformation of times: the origins of the Earth, the evolution of sacred music, the suspension of the sky, the myth, the dream; the youth of the 2020s alongside the eternal; the struggle, the return, the dawn, the capture and the invention of cinema itself.
